We being an arbitrator between a financial institute and a customer helps the customer in getting familiarized with the kind of loan that will be available for making their life manageable. It is our duty to make the client aware of what are the options available and how the interest is calculated along with requirements for applying for a loan. Two types of loans are availed in the market by customer which are as follow
a)Open ended– Open-end credit, better known as revolving credit, can be used repeatedly for purchases that will be paid back monthly, though paying the full amount due every month is not required. For Example : Credit Card
b)Close Ended- Closed-end credit is used to finance a specific purpose for a specific period of time. They also are called installment loans because consumers are required to follow a regular payment schedule (usually monthly) that includes interest charges, until the principal is paid off.
